Processing Order Policy

Orders are processed daily and will be ship out on the next working days. 

Your order should arrive:
West Malaysia: within 2-4 working days (depending on the courier services that you picked)
East Malaysia: within 4-6 working days (depending on the courier service that you picked)

Working days are Monday-Friday (Public holidays excluded)

Please note that estimated delivery time are to be used as a guide only. We will not be responsible for any delays or lost parcel from courier services.

Return Policy

Our return policy last for 30 days from the date of purchase. If you need to return, please send us request via our Contact page. Please include your order number, your full name, shipping address and reason for return and we will do our best to accommodate you. 

Terms & Guidelines
  • All returned items must be sealed and unused.
  • We are not responsible for the return shipping cost of the items.
  • Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so it will not be damaged during shipment.
  • Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.
  • We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. 
Refund Policy / Money-back Guarantee Policy

Down below are the terms and conditions for refund or money back guaranteed policy: 

  • Make sure you send your selfie photo or video with the product to us. The selfie photo must be on the date received the product. This is to ensure the photo taken is a photo before you start consuming our product.
  • Make sure you send your selfie photo or video of the product. Please also make sure the photo or video is clear to see the side effects part. 
  • Your body will react to any product if it is not suitable with your body within 7 days. Thus, this claim is only valid within 7 days after the date you received your product. Please email all related details to info beauboss19@gmail.com to claim your refund. 

No refund for any return parcel and we will not bare for any additional cost for return parcel.

No refund once shipped out for no valid reason. We are not reliable for late of shipment by courier company. 

Refund will be given for relevant reason only. No refund for any of your own miss-look information for example:
Asking for refund because you want to change to different perfume scent or know it's pre order basis when on the website already stated allow on backorder.
