Our return policy last for 30 days from the date of purchase. If you need to return any purchased item, feel free to contact/email us. Kindly include your order number, full name, shipping address and reason for return and we will do our best to accommodate you.

- All returned items must be sealed and unused.
- We shall NOT be responsible for the return shipping cost.
- All returned items must be well packed to avoid any damages that might occur during the shipment process.
- Please ensure that all return packages are sent with a trackable and insured service.
- We will NOT take any responsibility for damaged or lost items during the return transit.
REFUND POLICY
Strictly NO REFUND for any returned parcel and we will not bare for any additional cost for return parcel. NO REFUND once parcel have been shipped out with no valid reason.
ONLY valid/relevant reason will be entertained for REFUND. We shall NOT entertained any REFUND for below reason ;
– Changing of perfume scent.
– Changing of perfume bottle size.
– Changing of perfume type
REFUND GUIDELINES
- Send a selfie/video of you and the products to us. The photo/video must be taken on the date you received the product.
- The taken photo/video must be clear, especially on the damaged part.
